The Meeting Architects group is comprised of knowledgeable and experienced event, meeting and theatrical professionals with in-depth experience in event management, corporate communications, event design, technical production, entertainment coordination and food and beverage management. Our principals have more than fifty years of combined industry experience and have managed and produced over 600 corporate events.

William Anton CMP President has over twenty years experience in the event and theatrical producing industries. He has produced and managed major events for corporations and associations including: Walt Disney, MEMEC, Ingersol-Rand, Amway, ATT, Rank America, Glaxo-Smith Kline, Playboy, UNIPRO, Discover Card, CCPU, Sunrider, NFL Players Association, REOMAC, CUNA MUTUAL and the Los Angeles Dodgers among others. Mr. Anton also has over a decade of experience as a speaker coach/trainer for CEO's, CFO's, attorneys and political candidates. He has produced commercial television and theatrical events throughout the United States and Canada and holds a Masters of Fine Arts degree in Theatre from the University of California. Mr. Anton is a member PCMA, MPI and is currently undergoing certification as a Credentialed Mediator.

Don Adams, Vice-President Production and Operations brings twenty years of event production and professional stage management experience to Meeting Architects. His production and logistical management expertise provides an invaluable asset to our clients. Don brings a Broadway-caliber aesthetic to the design and entertainment portions of our business. Mr. Adams has also managed numerous Broadway and Broadway touring productions and held senior production management positions at the Old Globe Theatre and the Denver Centre Theatre Company. He founded Events by Design of San Francisco, a premiere Northern California event design and management company .Don has produced national and international events for clients including: Philip Morris, Delta Airlines, ARCO Oil, Hitachi, Harley Davidson and AVIS among others.
